- Answers within a minute, day, evening and Saturday, every call you don’t take, every text, email and website form. On the phone it’s a real voice, in French or English depending on the customer.
- Gives your starting price, never another one. Anything else becomes a quote request with photos.
- You text “QUOTE Tremblay 2 heat pumps 4800”: the PDF quote goes out with an Accept button, and she follows up on day 3 and 7. A 30% deposit billed on acceptance if you want it.
- You text “DONE”: the invoice goes out with the payment link; reminders at 7, 14, 21 and 30 days.
- Two hours after each job, she asks for the Google review. An unhappy customer talks to you first.
- She reminds your customers when it’s time to come back, in your words.
- Emergencies and complaints go to your cell right away; she steps back.

Common questions
Léa or a $150 answering service?
The service takes a message. Léa takes the request, gives the starting price, does the quote and the invoice, and asks for the review.
Can I tell her how I want her to talk?
Yes: your instructions, in your words, during the interview. She follows them before anything else.
Do I have to dictate all my prices?
No. A photo of your price list, a PDF or an Excel file, and she reads them. She reads your website too.
Does she speak English?
Yes. She starts in French and switches to English if the customer speaks English, on the phone and by text.
Do messages go out in my name?
Yes, in your business’s name and in your words. You see everything that goes out.
What about Law 25 and anti-spam rules?
Handled for you: consent recorded, your business identified, opt-out with “STOP” in every text.
Do I have to commit?
No. It’s month to month, no contract, and you leave with everything within 48 hours.
Start with 30 days.
