What to automate first
A starting point, not an audit.

How the numbers are worked out
The first five answers measure how much repetitive work there is (opportunity); the last five measure whether your records and habits are ready for automation. Each answer scores 0, 1 or 2; each set is turned into a score out of 100. The suggested tasks come from your highest-scoring opportunity answers.
Questions
What can AI really do for a small business?
Mostly the repetitive talking and typing: answering the same questions, texting back missed calls, drafting quotes, following up and asking for reviews. A person still handles anything sensitive.
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. Readiness is about having your customer details in one place and a few written answers. The tools are set up once and run by themselves.
Is my data sent anywhere?
No. Everything is calculated in your browser. Nothing is stored or sent unless you use the form at the bottom of the page.
