How the numbers are worked out

Repeat revenue / year = new customers × 12 × return rate × visits per year × average ticket Gain = repeat revenue at target − repeat revenue today

The calculation only counts each customer’s first year. Loyal customers often stay for several years, so the real value is higher.

Questions

I don’t know my return rate. What should I put?

If you don’t collect customers’ numbers, you probably don’t know, and that’s normal. Estimate it: out of 10 new customers, how many do you see again within a year? For a car wash with no programme, 15–25% is a reasonable guess.

What brings customers back?

Three simple things: a reminder at the right time (next wash, annual service), a Google review request right after the job, and a plan or membership. You need the customer’s number and consent first.

Is my data sent anywhere?

No. Everything is calculated in your browser. Nothing is stored or sent unless you use the form at the bottom of the page.
